Delete your Offscan account
Deleting the account erases what the server keeps about it: your e-mail address, your plan, your usage counts and your saved document request templates. Your documents were never on the server: they stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app.
In the app
Open Offscan, go to Settings › Account and tap Delete account.

Your account is deleted. Nothing about it is left on the server.
Your account is deleted. Your Offscan Pro subscription still renews until you cancel it in Google Play: open your subscriptions.
This code is wrong or has expired. Check the e-mail or ask for a new code.
Too many attempts. Wait a minute, then try again.
The account server did not answer. Try again later, or write to us.
You can also write to contact@offscan.app from the address of your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
Without an e-mail address
If you never added an e-mail address, the app uses an anonymous account that only holds usage counts. Delete it in the app, or leave it: anonymous accounts unused for 12 months are deleted automatically.
Subscriptions
Google Play handles payments. Deleting the account does not stop a subscription: cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
